It’s a 41 years old Touriga Nacional vineyard planted in terraces with southwest expsoure at 400 meters altitude. Sandra Tavares da Silva & Jorge Serôdio Borges
The harvest was planned for the first week of October with perfect weather conditions. All grapes previously selected were pressed on a pneumatic press and fermented on stainless steel tanks at low temperatures during 4 weeks, after which was aged sur lies during 5 months.
Beautiful light color, showing a very delicate rosé. Intense, complex and fresh aromas of red berries, flowers and mineral notes. Refreshing acidity and great persistency on the palate.
